Throughout his career, Lee has earned a reputation for successfully finding exceptional ways to make deals and close loans when his competitors wouldn’t. And in many of those cases, the difference came from his passionate pursuit of unique and creative financing strategies.
Lee has more than seventeen years of experience in SBA lending through his current bank and other major institutions such as U.S. Bank, Lehman Brothers and Midwest Regional Bank. He’s now considered one of the most proficient 7a construction lenders in the industry. Prior to shifting his focus to banking, Lee spent sixteen years in commercial real estate, where he specialized in office brokerage and development.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Lee is a graduate of The University of Missouri – Columbia with a degree in Education. He and his wife have five grown children and four grandchildren. In addition to his family, Lee’s other loves include sports, music, gardening and anything Grateful Dead.
